The staff at Cottman Transmission are extremely professional and friendly. I was referred to them by a mechanic that was very genuine and helpful and based on his referral I knew that I would be taken care of at Cottman. Jody, the manager, could have taken advantage of me and tried to build me a new transmission like most mechanics would have tried to do, but instead he told me what the issue was, fixed it, and did not charge me much.
