Great Place

Review: I went in to go my transmission checked for my 05 Nissan Altima and the guys took very good care of me. They dropped me off to work, and took the car back to check it out. What I thought was transmission probem end u noy being one. The tech that checked the car out found out I had a broken motor mount. Gave me a recommendation on who could fix and my problem was solved. I will return if I every have a transmisson problem.

Most of the time there have been stories told about how mechanics and different services are different for women than it is for men. I am in Greensboro from Tennessee and I did not know anyone. My transmission went out on my vehicle so I took it to Cottman's and received a warm welcome and great service from Mgr. Jody. He did not treat me as if I were an out of towner that he could make a quick buck off but as if I was just as important to him as anyone else. He even fixed another problem after the warranty had expired. I will recommend him to anyone, as a matter of fact I did just that to several of my co-workers. Thank you Jody for your hospitality.
